Lumberjack Breakfast and Music Festival
Breakfast will be from 7 am to Noon each day. Enjoy bacon, eggs, homemade sausage, pancakes and fried potatoes cooked over an authentic wood stove and served in the Cook Shack, just like 100 years ago! Cost is $7.50 each.
On Saturday from 11:30 am to 6 pm, Danny Johnston and Cedar Swamp Boys and Jeff Guenther will be performing along with other volunteer musicians in the Music Pavilion. Sunday gospel music will start at Noon, followed by folk music in the afternoon until 6:00 pm.
Art Hop
The Les Cheneaux Area Artisan Cooperative presents the first ever Les Cheneaux Art Hop, a public art exhibition and competition! Art Hop has invited anyone and everyone to create original art pieces to be displayed July through the Les Cheneaux Boat Show weekend. Works are all over Cedarville and Hessel, and brochures listing the art locations are at the Les Cheneaux Visitor Center, First National Bank, Woods and Water Ecotours, and many more stores.
Works are indoors or outside, and the public is invited to vote for their favorite pieces.
Two categories for creations:
1) age 15 and younger
2) age 16 and over.

Finn Hall Band Concert
Join us for a night of traditional Finnish music in historic Finn Hall on Sugar Island.
Tickets will be on sale in July.

Grand Island Trail Marathon
The marathon will have a 2 wave start, with all runners expected to finish in over 5 hours starting in wave 1 at 6 am, all runners expected to finish in less than 5 hours in wave 2 at 7:00 am. The marathon starts at Williams Landing. There is a strict six hour time limit for the marathon for safety reasons and the remote nature of the race course.
The half marathon kicks off at 8:00 am at Williams Landing.
Aid stations will be available throughout both the full and half marathons.

9th Annual Wine & Cheese Tasting Auction & Fundraiser
All proceeds benefit the Erickson Center for the Arts. Tickets can be purchased by donation for $20. Live music by Evergreen will follow at 7:00 pm.
Flannel Jack Fest
A festival celebrating the history of the local lumber industry. Enjoy bands, shows, demonstrations, vendors, food, and games for the kids.
Vintage Baseball at Grand Hotel
Enjoy 19 different Vintage baseball games on Mackinac Island this summer, featuring 18 different teams from 4 states and 2 countries. Games will be played by 1860 gentleman rules.
