Tuesday, August 7, is the date of the Sault Summer Arts Festival, a juried exhibition and sale of fine arts and crafts, displayed by the artists themselves. The festival is held, rain or shine, in front of the Soo Locks. Festival hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free of charge. The festival is sponsored as a public service by the Sault Area Arts Council.
